I cant add cards to my wallet on my new iPhone 15 pro max. I’ve tried numerous times with my bank. They were on my old iPhone. I’ve done all the updates and restarts and deleted and reinstalled the app. 🤔

The bank just said to wait 48 hours cuz Apple has a block from too many attempts made. I just spent an hour on the phone With apple today. They said contact the bank. But it’s not just 1 bank. It’s cards from 2 separate banks.
It’s been the same every time I’ve tried adding a card for months now. I try every so often. I’m in. Canada so are the banks. Scotiabank and TD Bank.
they are in Apple Pay but won’t go into the wallet. I’ve just reset my phone and no difference.
Your screen shot is your payment methods for your Apple Account (formerly Apple ID). Those are used for purchase of products and services from Apple.
Your Wallet App stores and links cards for use with Apple Pay. It looks like the icon below.
Yes I know. As you can see they are on my Apple Pay. Not on the wallet.

There is no such thing as being in Apple Pay. Apple Pay requires that cards are in Apple Wallet. If the cards aren’t in Apple Wallet, they are not available to Apple Pay. I think you’re confusing Apple Pay with Apple Account.
Then you need to review what’s I’ve posted above and show screen shots of your Wallet app, not your Apple Account. When you don’t understand the difference between Apple Pay, Apple Wallet app and Apple Account, things become very difficult. I wish it could be easier, but I can’t control that.

I have fix for your issue when I see your Wallet app and forget about Apple Pay for a moment.
Tap on your Wallet app and if you have any cards in your Wallet it looks like the screenshot below.
What is the exact error message you get when trying to add a payment method?
I’ve spent a couple hours and 6 phone calls to the bank and they can’t figure it out.
TD bank has had on again, off again issues adding cards. When you get the error message have you received and agreed to the terms and conditions yet?
Yes I’ve done it over & over. It’s also with my Scotiabank card. They are in Apple Pay but won’t go in wallet.
Yes, if too many attempts are made in a 24 period, future attempts are automatically denied.
What country are you in? What country is the bank in that issued the card? Do you use a VPN?
I’m in Canada. The banks are also in Canada
