Apple Cash fraud?
I sent the following email to Apple Cash after my dispute was denied. The customer service agent acknowledged that they are aware of the fraudulent transaction; however, they stated that because I agreed to allow the company to withdraw $1 for service, they are legally permitted to withdraw any amount from my account, regardless of my actual agreement to those terms. I was informed that it would be my responsibility to contact the "fraudulent company" and request that they cease their attempts to withdraw funds from my account.
I believe this matter has not been adequately investigated. I did not agree to the terms with the company, and they have not provided any services or goods to me. Please provide evidence and specific details that validate these charges. Additionally, they are continuously attempting to withdraw funds from my account.

To my surprise, my email address associated with my Instagram account does not have an account with this company, further demonstrating that this company is fraudulent. I’ve attempted to contact the company by phone. No answer and no one from the company returns my calls
I request that this account be denied access to my account, or that my Apple account be changed.
