Single Note disappeared

I took notes in a meeting last week in my notes app on my MacBook Pro (MacOS Ventura 13.6.7). I went to look back over said notes and it has disappeared.


It's not located in recently deleted on my MacBook, iPhone or iCloud.


I've located the back up files in the Library but have no way to access them.


Any help is greatly appreciated.
