Move to iOS app is not working

Moving from Samsung Galaxy S9 to iPhone 16. When I get to the point where the app asks you to choose what you want moved to the iPhone the continue button is greyed out and you are unable to proceed. The devices have both been restarted multiple times, the app has been deleted from the android and re-installed. I have attempted using wi-fi and with direct USB-c connection. I made sure that the Move to iOS app is allowed access in the privacy manager on the android, but nothing seems to get me past the greyed out continue button.

I'm a bit late so I guess you either already figured it out or decided to proceed without using the app.


The culprit here might be AX features, namely zoomed screen or increased font size. If you have these features turned on, please try and set everything back to medium/default. Text that is too big will cause the part of the UI containing the data types to select for transfer to be hidden from sight, and the screen will look like it cannot be scrolled.
