In the Music app, I cannot edit nor create new playlists. Existing playlists function OK. But every time I add to, amend, create new, etc. playlists, the Music app ignores all modifications and reverts back to the existing set of playlists.

Troubleshooting Playlists Not Modifying:
A. Pending Changes:
Just how large of these playlists? If the Mac lags, then I would expect this to occur.
B. Reopen Musing:
Close Music, and then open it back up.
C. Restart your Mac:
Using the Apple menu, restart and the log back in
