What is https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles and how to remove it from my MacBook Pro running 14.7?

This text below appeared this morning after I was researching info on Denver Ballot website to vote yesterday. A kernal panic occured over night. This is something I haven't had since my current MacBook Pro was purchased two years ago. URL and text appear using Chrome.

I am trying to remove all files regarding this - whatever it is ???? (URL) from my computer. I can't find anything by Google searching to help. I do not have an account for s3 Amazonaws.com

And, I have no knowledge of it. Seems like one should be able to stop this activity.

Thanks you all.
