Where do I enter iCloud Verification Code on Windows laptop

icloud notice continuously pops up on android laptop and requesting me to sign in with verification code. can obtain verificaiton code from iphone but where do i enter the verificaiton code. it doen't provide a field to enter the code. please help. thank you
