Health App appears many devices I already don't have

Hi There.

After upgraded to iOS 18 and 18.01 on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, I found that there appears a lot of iPod touch device in my Health App, I remember those devices I used before but now I don't have those devices anymore, same account login on my iOS 17 device doesn't have same issue.

So I think it's a system bug, and seems like a privacy issue, some old device appeared again even you already deleted them before, and this issue linked with Health which is the most privacy App, I'm really afraid of this, is there any one have same problem like me and can help me get the answer.
