iCloud calendar sync issue between iPad and iPhone

Whenever I write something down on my iPad calendar, which is connected to the same iCloud account as my iPhone, they don’t sync and I know for sure that I have all the settings for my iCloud turned on, but for some reason, they still won’t sync and update what I wrote down show up on my phone or on my iPad.

iCloud.com Calendar Empty I have an iPhone 8 and an iPad Air Generation 3. My calendars sync across the iPhone and iPad but when I go to iCloud.com on my PC the calendar is empty. I have Googled, read the instructions online. I cannot figure out a way to show my iPad/iPhone calendar on iCloud.com. I have iCloud Drive on my PC. I have tried everything! I have deleted most of what is stored on iCloud. I've shut off and then on calendars under "Apps using iCloud." I have rebooted all devices. All have up to date operating systems. What gives?
