Where's the one & only BUTTON that brings us directly to the Community?

That's right; where's the one button on the top of the page when logging in that brings us directly to the Ask the Community forum, where one can immediately post an inquiry instead of navigating through a gauntlet of algorithm links of "unwantedness."

I'm not done yet—the button would also bring one to one's previous postings to check and reply to responses.

Ahh- one button!

You can easily create a one click link yourself. Go to the top page of the forums, or whichever particular forum you prefer to see first.

Press Command+D and choose to add it to the Favorites bar. If it's not already showing (I'm assuming Safari here), press Command+Shift+B to show the Favorites bar. Your new link will be on the bar.

Double click the link on bar to rename it if you like. That only changes the visible name, not the URL.

You now have a one-click option visible all the time.

Personally, I have a string of such links on the Favorites bar so I can jump to any of them with one click:

Assuming navigating through a desktop computer browser …

  1. There is a link to ‘Ask the Community’ question form in the ribbon at the top. Note that the default ‘topic’ for a question reflects the sub-forum that you are currently browsing. You can change it of course, but it would be set right automatically, if you browsed first to the sub-forum that best fits the new question.
  2. There is a link to your ‘Subscriptions’ from your profile icon in the ribbon at the top-right. Within your ‘subscriptions’, you can filter for ‘participated’ or ‘authored’.
