Wi-Fi Disconnection Issues on macOS Devices with Cisco Secure Client

Hi,

We are managing our macOS devices with Intune and connecting to the Wi-Fi network using Cisco Secure Client, with posture checks being performed through Intune. However, all macOS devices are experiencing intermittent internet disconnections throughout the day. Adding our devices to the whitelist on Cisco significantly reduces the issue, but not completely. We are using Defender as the antivirus solution on macOS, and the firewall is disabled, yet the issue persists. The situation improves considerably when devices are whitelisted on Cisco. Interestingly, similar disconnections are also happening on home Wi-Fi networks. We are new to macOS in our organization, and this problem is proving to be quite challenging for us. Does anyone with similar experiences have any suggestions or solutions to offer?
