Windows won’t sync to iOS devices
I uploaded an mp3 file to my Apple Music app on my windows os laptop. I can play the song perfectly fine on my computer but when I try to play it on my phone or iPad I receive a message that says “this song is not synced across your devices” along with a cloud icon with an ! Inside the cloud. However I’ve already selected sync library in my settings and even tried to troubleshoot by: -turning sync library off and on
-updating cloud library
-deleting song and re-uploading
on my laptop it shows that the cloud status is an error, can anyone please help me I really love this song but I can’t get it to work.
