Contacts keeps popping up while on Mac.

Contacts keeps popping up while on Mac and it has nothing to do with the browser I'm running. It's completely random... sometimes a couple times an hour, other days just 2 or 3 times the whole day. Quite annoying. Can't figure it out for the life of me. It comes up even when I'm watching movies, or writing email. Eversince I updated to Sonoma 14.6.1. And it is always my name contact, not any others like as if I want to autofill a form. But I have not! I have gone into settings, my apple ID, icloud and was planning to toggle off Contacts, but it was already toggled off! So I toggled it on and off again, just to "reboot" it. It just doesn't work!
