Desktop Music App not responding to external commands (specifically skip, pause/play on both my keyboard and AirPods)
Suddenly, I can't control the music on my M1 MacBook Pro with my keyboard or my AirPod Max. The pause/play, skip forward, and skip back receive no reply. Volume buttons work. And the same keys respond appropriately to any other App, just not the desktop Music app. It is also odd that in the bottom left corner of the app, it says that it is loading Cloud Music Library even though I don't even use Apple Music (the subscription), and thereby can't toggle Cloud Music on or off. Any suggestions would be great.
