Shortcuts doesn't find any apps or actions in macOS Sequoia

After the latest update to macOS Sequoia (15.0 (24A335)) my Mac doesn't list any actions or apps to build shortcuts with. The actions list only contains a few script items (choose from menu, about, repeat, repeat with each). Where's all the actions to build shortcuts with?

Try to change your Mac language to English to see if the issue is language-related. You may want to restart in safe mode to clear the macOS cache files after changing language. Wait a few minutes and restart normally.

If it works in English, change back to Swedish using the same procedure.

If the issue persists, reinstall macOS. That's a long shot but is worth trying.

If all fails, please contact Apple Support.

I was experiencing the same issue. But I solved it.

But see if the same thing happened to you. I was using my Mac in Brazilian Portuguese and changed it to US English, as well as changing the Region to US (I wanted to use the "new Siri" with Apple intelligence).

After that, the shortcuts app did not display most actions or apps.

To solve it, I went to settings and set the shortcut app up with Brazilian Portuguese, and the app worked as expected again.
