I paid yesterday to issue and charge Suica card 2000 ( japanese yann ), but i didn’t receive the card in the wallet, and the amount has been deducted from my bank account.
I tried again after 5 hours to issue it again with 1000 ( japanese yann ), and it’s works, but I didn’t receive the previous amount.
