Incomplete playlists on iPhone, no issue on other devices
Apple Music app on my iPhone doesn't want to sync all the music between my devices, even though the Sync Library option is turned on everywhere. Syncing works fine between my PC and laptop, I can see my full playlists on both. If I delete or add a new playlist on the PC or laptop, the changes are synced on the phone, too, so the sync works between all of my devices. But despite of all, I have a playlist with 92 songs, but only 18 of them are visible on the phone. Obviously the phone doesn't see the playlists well.
I tried these to solve the problem, but no success:
- Yes, I have valid Apple Music subscription
- Yes, I use the same Apple account for my iPhone, PC and laptop
- Deauthorized all of my devices, then authorized my PC and laptop again
- On PC and laptop in the Apple Music app I clicked on "... Menu/Library/Update Cloud Library". According to the message, there's no failure.
- I turned off "Settings/Music/Sync Library" on the iPhone, then restarted it. Then I turned on the Sync Library function again, sync happened, but can't see the full playlist content.
- I turned off the "Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions" option on iPhone, so in principle, music is not filtered, but problem is not solved
What else should I try? Please help me. It's not about one playlist, but many. Even though I have sync between all my devices, the playlists on my phone are incomplete. On all my other devices they are complete. I don't understand.
