Playhead keeps on Jumping to beginning of Clip

I found answers for MAC iMovie, but cant find one for iPAD

I'm editing a clip on iPad, and evertime I click on the clip, the playhead jumps to the beginning of the clip. I can't extend or shorten the clip with the drag bar that appears on the clip.
