Audio over USB issues with MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

Recently updated my MacBook Pro M1 2020 with MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 and the sound from USB audio peripherals, connected via a powered USB hub, now cannot be heard.

I have a Roland Aira S1 connected together with a M-Audio Duo sound card. Although my DAW (Reason Studios v12.7) recognises the incoming signals no sound is coming through the speakers like they used to prior update. (Please note: I have tested connecting the USB device directly to Mac but with the same result).

Is anybody else having the same issues? Any solutions/tips would be most welcome.
