iTunes iPhone/iPad-Mac sync.

I state that before the updates everything was fine, after updating the Mac to version ventura 13.7 (22H123), the iPhone 11 to version 18 and the iPad (sixth generation) to version 17.7, Music does not end the synchronization on both devices, it remains stuck in the last step of waiting for the changes to be applied. Has anyone had a problem like that? An advice on how to solve it?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 13.7
