There’s no possible purpose for it. There are no entries that would recognize the document as official and you’d still need to produce the physical document.
The issuing authority of you ID has to support Apple Wallet and provide the link via their website or mobile app to add the document to Apple Wallet.
Mainly it’s for use with the police and immigration departments. Kenya already has an eVisa system and an eDrivers Licence so I assume it will come. Thanks for the feedback though.
Does Kenya have their own Wallet app? I suspect that is how you’ll have to add and display your documents.
