AppleCare+ warranty repair for Mac enrolled in Jamf Pro MDM
We have a remote employee whose Mac is having 2 issues - the CMD key is getting stuck, and right speaker is crackling
It was purchased by our company through Apple Business, is enrolled in ABM, and our ABM is connected to Jamf Pro which is our MDM
If he were to bring the laptop to his local Apple store, could Apple repair it, without needing to give them credentials to the laptop? Or if not, what is the recommended process for this? We strongly prefer not to wipe the laptop before getting it repaired.
