Not able to downgrade my iCloud storage

Just a quick update. When I tried to downgrade my iCloud storage plan, the "done" button was greyed out.

Here is how I got around it.

I selected the free option, clicked save.

Opened manage account again, and then selected the plan I wanted. I hope this helps someone and saves you some money and frustration.
