Purchased expensive tickets which safari will not download into Apple wallet. Up to date IOS, have restarted iPad and phone. What the point of having Apple wallet if you can use it. At present don’t think there’s any other way to get these tickets. Thoroughly hacked off.

Has the ticket vendor provided a button or link to add the tickets to Apple Wallet? It would explitly say "Add to Apple Wallet" or something similar. If so, post back with the vendor of the ticket and perhaps someone can offer suggestions.
If the ticket vendor didn't provide the capability, then there's no way to get those tickets into Apple Wallet. It's up to the vendor to make that option available; there's nothing Apple can do about it.

Does the vendor have a mobile app? If so, have you tried logging into your account and adding the tickets via the app?
