If Apple Cash was the payment method you can try contacting an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank.
Apple Cash is a service that’s administered by Green Dot Bank. Contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank by calling (877)-233-8552 or by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE

Which then suggests the transaction did not actually take place.
Where are you seeing this charge then?
Did you by chance send money to someone over Messages, rather than making a purchase in an online store?
Sending money over Messages from Apple Cash is a person to person money transfer, and does not in any way initiate a order with a merchant, unless the person receiving the money actually creates that order on their end.
Its no different than giving money to someone on the street, and then assuming an order was created with the store you were standing in outside of when you gave them the money.
There is no way to get money back from a person to person money transfer through Messages.
Thanks for the reply Jeff, got right through. They weren’t much help though☹️. The advisor I got gave me a good laugh though. She spoke for 5 mins and said absolutely nothing 😂. She couldn’t even disconnect the line I had too.
Any orders placed through Apple Pay, need to be cancelled directly wit the merchant they were placed with.
The Merchant should, if its an online store, have an account for you that you can log into where you can see your orders and cancel them.
Apple Pay is just a payment conduit it does not manage orders or cancellations.
Yes I’ve used Apple Cash to send money through texts to friends. This was definitely a merchant. I have an account with them and buy from them all the time. Apple support told me I had to wait 2 weeks to do anything to make sure the transaction had enough time to go through all the channels I guess. I called the merchant within 20 mins of purchase trying to get it taken care of before it got too far. Obviously not going to happen that way.

But how exactly was the transaction made?
If you sent them a text with the money then its a person to person transaction, and there's no direct order generation there. The person you sent the money to, would need to create an order and send you a link or something to find said order.
If you did something else, like pay at a terminal with your iPhone or Apple watch then you get goods from that merchant upon completion of the transaction.
If you paid using the Apple Pay button on a website, then an order should have been generated when the payment process completes and should appear on your account for that website.
You need to tell us exactly what you did to place this order.
No I’m good, thank you. I’ll have to wait the two weeks it sounds like before I can get it resolved. I was just trying to get it taken care of before it all went through thinking it would be less of a hassle. I did get ahold of someone with the number you provided.
I contacted the merchant first. They had no record of the transaction.
I’m seeing the charge in my wallet and I’m the deduction of funds from my Apple Cash balance
Do you still need assistance with this? 😀
