Consolidate iTunes and Apple Music Libraries

I copied my iTunes Libary to my new Windows laptop and now I have Apple Music.

Apple Music settings/files tells me that the files are here:

c:\Users\username\Music\Apple Music\Media

When I look at that folder in Windows File Explorer, I do not see any music files.

I find some music files in:

c:\Users\username\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media

and many more files are in an external drive q: at:

q:\Documenst\My Music.

How can I consolidate these file (and eliminate duplicates) in one place?

Thanks

Mark
