have hidden some columns and need to view them

Right click on one of the visible column letters and choose one of the "unhide columns" choices. If you right click a column next to a hidden one you should get a choice to unhide only the adjacent column(s), as well as a choice to unhide all columns.
Or if you find the menu easier you can click in the table and go to Table > Unhide All Columns.
