I downloaded my football season ticket last week and it stays in my wallet for a few days and just disappears.
I can’t redownload it from the website as it still thinks it’s there in the wallet. Any ideas please

Is the tickets by a relatively small school or organization or are we talking Ticketmaster tickets? Can you please provide some context?
