It’s been happening for over a year and with numerous iOS versions: airline boarding passes will disappear from my wallet within a day or or less of adding them (before I use them), Starbucks card will disappear at random times, and other thinks like club passes, all of which don’t expire. I have tried all the tricks that have been posted. I have ‘hide expired passes’ turned off.

I think it’s related to the app that is used to add the cards. As an example I fly American Airlines a lot. I’ve never had my tickets/passes disappear. In my daily participation in these communities I see that most often it’s United and Southwest that seem to most frequently have the issue. While it’s certainly not proof, it leads me to believe it’s related to their app and/or the ticket configuration in someway.
