Added money from account on file to apple account how do I transfer to Apple Cash card without having to call apple support?

If you added money to your Apple ID as balance, then that is supposed to be spend on Apple digital products and services, including in-app purchases. It is normally not transferrable to anywhere else.

Did you accidentally transfer funds from Apple Cash or your bank account to your Apple Account? If so, Apple can possibly reverse the transfer. If the funds are from redeemed Apple Gift cards, the funds are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless permitted by laws. Most countries and regions consider converting gift cards to cash a form of money laundering.
