If a purchase I made with the virtual card is supposed to be refunded, but I have requested a new card number multiple times since the original purchase, will I still get the refund to my balance without any issues? So far it’s looking like the answer is no. It’s been a little over a week since my purchase.
Instacart. I do have confirmation that the order is cancelled. I don’t have a specific refund confirmation but it’s implied. Order was cancelled on August 9th. Usually instacart refunds within 3-5 days.
Have you confirmed with Instacart support team you are actually being refunded? The changing of a virtual card number does not affect a refund.
Please contact Instacart support team to learn the status of your refund.
