Concert Tickets hidden in Apple Wallet after Ticketmaster transfer of Parking Ticket

Ticketmaster emailed me that they transferred a Parking ticket for Night 3 of a concert that I sold through StubHub.

I checked my Apple Wallet and the Parking ticket for Night 3 was no longer there as expected, but my own Concert tickets for Night 1 were no longer there either, apparently they were "hidden" although my Parking ticket for Night 1 was not hidden.

Why would Apple hide my Concert tickets in my Wallet?

These tickets were not involved in this sale. I was shocked when I opened my Wallet to see only my Parking ticket in there and not my concert tickets.

Apple doesn’t hide tickets, passes, etc. The items were added via the companies secure website or mobile app. The app/site controls the items that they add. Generally, the app waits until the items have expired to hide them. The app or site may have added them and had the hide date or time associated with the items wrong.

Ticketmaster may have added changes to their items in your Wallet, when they added the parking pass.

Im glad the tickets are back in your Wallet. Ticketmaster has updated their app 2 times in the last 3 weeks. I’m sure one of the updates restored your tickets.

Thank you, Jeff. I toggled Hide Expired Passes off in Apple Wallet off and then on again, and my concert tickets became hidden again. So I have turned off Hide Expired Passes for now.

What is weird is that my concert tickets have been in my Wallet all along, since I purchased them, until this Ticketmaster transfer for a parking ticket (for a different night) happened.

I've searched and it appears this has happened randomly with others as well--tickets for upcoming events are being hidden in the Wallet even though they are valid and were there in the Wallet initially. I'll contact Ticketmaster and see if they have an explanation.

Well after a couple of weeks the tickets are back in my Apple Wallet. I don't know what got fixed, but I stopped swiping out of my Wallet, then finally swiped out and back in, and they were there. A mystery. They were always in the Ticketmaster app anyway, just curious as to what happened, but I will likely never know.
