Apple pay for my 10 Year Old Son

My family is headed to Europe in a week and a half. I have download the IDF Mobilites App on my wife and my iPhones and my 10 year old sons iPhone 10 so that I can purchase single trip tickets when I am in Paris. I have added 10 tickets to both my wife's and my iPhone, but I can not seem to use a credit card to purchase the 10 trip tickets for my saon, this because of his age. Is there a way I can purchase the same tickets using some form of electronic online payment. Thank you

You need to work through this with the company you’re buying tickets from. Apple Wallet does not seem to have an age restriction. However, local laws may restrict the use of electronic wallets.

I’ve linked below to the Apple Support article on adding tickets to Apple Wallet. The article does not mention any restrictions.
