Apple taking money from my Cards

I paid for my subscriptions through the actual websites instead of paying through apple because I don’t always use them and apple is trying to charge me because they can’t see on their end that I paid. I sent proof that i purchased and the support stated that ill still have to pay and wait to see if ill be eligible for a refund. Im not paying double and besides I’ve had several charges from apple that I don’t recognize so i removed my cards somehow I’m still being charged and it isn’t showing up on apple purchases only on my bank account and they still won’t refund me.
