Itunes All Playlists disappeared.

Like many of you I have created many personal playlists. I have done this on Itunes. I don't subcribe to Apple or Spotify. I bought a new computer, which has Windows 11. My previous computer was installed with Windows 10. I am devastated that I have lost these playlists. I would really appreciate some suggestions, so that I can get these Playlists back.
