How do I export to MP4 from Motion 5
I would like to export to MP4, not MOV format. Thank you.
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.7
File > Share > Export Movie
Set to H.264

From Export Movie, select the Render Settings and change it to Computer. Use H.264 Better Quality for the Codec.
You should see:
just over the Cancel / Next buttons.
