Physical music files say this song is not available in your country or region at random

I have thousands of music files on my pc, imported from cds. Now this issue has spanned across multiple software and os updates, it’s nothing new, but this time around is quite a bit worse than it’s ever been. After syncing my iPod, completely random songs or sometimes whole albums will say “this song is not available in your country or region”. Which obviously isn’t true (I’m USA and all cds were USA releases) and my region settings have never been changed. Previous instances I had to sync my iPod a few times and it would seem resolved. This time however I have synced it several times (yes restarting the iPod in between a few times as lwell) and more songs go missing. It will only sync about 8-15 of the missing songs and won’t sync the rest, and songs that were just synced are now gone. And I don’t even have a total of how many songs this has been affecting, as like I said I have thousands so it’s not possible to go through all of them in one day of even a few. And even I did get through all of them, the next time I would sync different ones would go missing as I see happening to a smaller sample of songs.

Right now both iTunes and iPod have the latest updates.

How do I fix this? Do I need to do a hail marry factory wipe of my iPod? What would I do if that doesn’t fix the issue? I just want to listen to my music that I painstakingly imported disc by disc.

iPod, iOS 15
