Shortcut or automation for importing data from email directly into Numbers?

Does anyone have an idea for a shortcut or automation that would take set data from an email template and automatically place it into designated Numbers columns? I receive over 30 of these a day and need to put the details manually into Numbers - it would be great to be able to add them directly using a shortcut or automation. (Only date, name, email, telephone, and message are needed).
