reCaptcha MacOs problem

In the system that was previously used without any problems, macOS users have been unable to pass recaptcha checks for a while now. They are perceived as robots in automatic verification. There is no such problem in the Windows operating system. I have read about such problems in support forums but I could not find a solution, can you please help?
