previous issue with iphone/itunes syncing and taking up twice the storage seems to have been fixed?

old thread this didn't relate to it quite as much as I thought. But I had this issue where my phone's storage breakdown would show the same music as "synced media" as in the music app, so it was being double counted, because I synced my phone with my computer, and then turned on icloud music library, because that wasn't working for a good number of songs. I recently synced my phone with my pc with the latest software and now on there, it just shows that music taking up the storage under "synced media." Some of the music is still under the music breakdown but it doesn't take up the storage space I guess. I went from saying my storage was almost full, to saying 30 gb were free
