Chart not Remembering Colour of Lines

I've used charts extensively for the last 18m and never had a problem saving chart line colour schemes but the drop down controller I am using (the 4th one created in this workbook) doesn't remember the colour of the lines for 4 different drop downs? I've reset the colour scheme 3 times and it's still not producing the wrong colour. In the picture the angular top line was set to blue (3x's)?

The chart drop down controller has 4 different trade types and they all had individual colours set.

Thanks for any help,

Your spreadsheets have become too complicated to be able to provide help, at least for me. There's just too much going on.

When things like chart colors or cell references change on their own and you have to keep changing them back, I become concerned that there is something wrong with the spreadsheet; either some kind of corruption or you've hit a limit that the designers never thought anyone would hit so they didn't test it and it is buggy.

Cheers for the feedback @Badunit. The sheet was created from scratch so there aren't any Excel complications. It might seem complicated but it's not if you look at it from just a single open trade / leg perspective (10 legs total). I really like the drop down menus and they work as expected now and greatly improve the functionality of the workbook so many thanks again for that!

It seems to be just this chart and controller though that won't remember the colour of the chart lines or the number of decimal places for value labels. I am going to delete the chart and controller and see if it works using a copied working chart/controller with new references (from the same sheet).

Apple Level 2 are investigating whether it's maybe being caused by wider OS issues as I'm getting unexpected behaviour with other apps eg Preview images being completely grey or pink when opened.

May I ask again, in case you missed my other post:

Help coding for 10 different X Axis

and because the workbook is practically finished, thanks in a large part to your input, is it possible to configure a drop down to provide the choice between 10 columns of X axis data to use along the bottom of the x axis (it's £/$ asset prices) as this is alluding me at the moment. Do you think it's possible?

Cheers!
