iCloud passwords and bookmarks don't sync anymore with Windows 11

Hi, I encounter excactly the same problem as in this topic. With the iCloud App, password and bookmark sync used to work fine, but now I can't get it to work, reinstalling windows didn't even do the trick :O.

As it's closed, I'll open this one because i don't get the solution.

I am reading:

"Apple support resolved the issue. There were both a repair and a reset feature under settings/advanced settings for the iCloud for windows app. I tried repair. That didn’t work. Reset did work. Thanks"

But I can't find a settings / advanced tab anywhere in the iCloud app, and also not in the iCloud Passwords app because that's basically nothing else than a tab with a "waiting for passwords" text.

Because I even installed windows again, I suppose that it's someting in my microsoft or iCloud account that has to be reset. Who knows an answer? Thanks in advance!
