Tiny Text when using iCloud Photos on my PC

I was using iCloud photos on my Desktop PC and suddenly the text got so tiny I can't read it. The text is fine everywhere else - just tiny in iCloud photos. Note: This is NOT on my iPhone /iPad etc. this is on my desktop PC.
