Unable to see iCloud backup approval option for iPhone 7 on Windows 11?

Recently switched to an iPhone 7, and I wanted my old photos back. However, I don't know the "Passcode for Other iPhone," (SE 2) as it's destroyed. Apparently, I can approve the iPhone 7 from iCloud on another device, but I don't see that option when signed in on Windows 11. What do I do?
