iCloud on Windows - exessive power usage

I experience a problem with iCloud on Windows machines using excesive processor power when the computer is idle. When the computer is idle iCloud is using about 25 - 30% of processor power. The process stops using power when user takes over the activity. I experience this issue on several machines with Windows 10 and 11 various version for last two or three years. Usually it is the process iCloud Home. The trick with omitting the number of preocessor cores dedicated to the process does not help. The issue is manifesting intermitently. Usualy the iCloud is computing several days and then rests for several other days. Someone knows something about that?
