Error 13014 on Apple Music
A few days ago I tried to open Apple Music as usual on my Windows PC, but no music was loading, my playlists were not appearing and when I tried syncing my songs an error popped up called error 13014 and it said something about “Genius”, and when I searched it up online it appeared to only be a problem for iTunes, so I cannot find a solution for it. Any ideas what I could do? I’ve tried reinstalling the app, I tried restarting my internet but still no luck.
