Unexpected charges on Apple Account

Hi, I’m having an issue with some unexpected charges and I need to contact Apple support via chat or iMessages. Can anyone provide the link to direct chat because I’ve tried every option and I can’t find the chat option anywhere.

ever since I updated my phone to 18 my location sharing is not working right is showing people in areas they’re not anymore. I need to know how to fix this along with my text being erased off my phone when I erased them off my Apple Watch.

Either because you didn’t click “Allow” when the app first asked, or there is a restriction in Settings/Screen Time, or perhaps a restriction set by parental controls, or by a business or school if you have an email address with that institution.

That will lead to a form for describing your issue, from which best contact methods will be suggested.

That is a different issue that requires much more details.

It depends on the payment method that was used.

- Store credit: up to 48 hours (after approval)

- Mobile phone billing: up to 60 days (after approval)

- All other payment methods: up to 30 days (after approval)
