How to unhide 2 playlists that are on my computer but not on my iPhone?

Dear Apple:

There are (2) playlists that are missing from the I-Tunes app on my I-Phone. All my other playlists are visible. Those (2) playlists are visible on the I-Tunes app on my PC. How can I unhide them on my I-Phone?
