QuickTime and other Video Players - Loop Playback with in and out points

Hi,

I have numerous guitar lessons which are .mp4s. I want to set an IN and OUT point on a certain part and have it playback over and over (not the entire video, but just the portion I select). I know you can do this in video editing software, but I am wondering if there is a way to do it in Quicktime. Or perhaps another video player? Any way to do this on an IPad?
