Display studio brightness problem

Hey! Im using the studio display on my PC [Windows]. During the last storm i lost my power and my whole setup just turn off. After that my screen is like 20-30% of brightness.

I dont have brightness option on windows. Can i do anything? I really cant use it for now.

(I tried:

Restart
Change the cable
Connecting the cable again
Turn off the power
